Dr. Therese McCarthy brings the brains- over 40 years of veterinary experience and constant research keeps our medical protocols sharp as a scalpel. Terry, the man with The Vision, keeps everything running, from the dogs (literally running miles a day) to the businesses, we don’t know how he fits it all in one briefcase. Francis wears many hats- the HR guy, the finance guru, the ultimate problem-solver, he does it all with grace and kindness. Jeannie, our go-to tech expert, runs operations at Shelter Bay. And Tibie, Beckett, and Bodhi? They're proof that we don't just treat pets- we're completely, hopelessly devoted to them.

That same devotion shapes how we approach pet care. Every cat or dog is different- we’ll figure out which treat is their favorite! Even our exam rooms were designed with your pet’s comfort in mind. Every team member was chosen for their heart as much as their skill. We invest heavily in continuing education because medicine evolves, and our patients deserve the best of what's current. We take our time, we answer every question, and we follow up- because to us, your pet isn't a chart. They're a personality, a history, a member of your family. Every family is different, too.
